EXPERIENCE
Single Family Homes – I have listed and sold many single family homes and condominiums as residences and investments. I love working with owners to maximize their wealth through Real Estate.
Multi-Family Properties – I own and have leased, listed and sold multi-family properties from duplexes to 100 units. As the broker for a property management company, Golden Phoenix Property Management, I have supervised up to 300 total units and provided asset management for investors.
Commercial Properties– I own and have leased, listed and sold shopping centers, office buildings, and post offices in California and other states. I
Land – I have owned, listed and sold land and ranches for residences, development, and speculation. As a breeder of World Champion Morgan Horses, I have a special insight into the needs of the ranch buyer and seller.
Syndication - Selected the property for purchase, supervised the preparation of “due diligence” materials for the investors, formed the syndication group, managed the asset, coordinated the group, and ultimately sold the property for groups in California and other states.
